Meet Our Founder
Ann Marie Ilibasic
As the founder of FEDgrant Solutions, Ann Marie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, as well a degree in applied psychology, and has over 20 years of extensive experience in federal grant management. Though she initially embarked on a path as a social-behavioral researcher early in her career, she quickly discovered her true calling in transforming compliance concepts into practical operational processes and controls. Her background encompasses managing substantial federal grant portfolios and collaborating with renowned organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, Alzheimer's Association, CEDA, and Fermilab, as well as serving as a contractor for HHS through her consultancy with Booz Allen. Additionally, she is a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional, underscoring her commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
